These terms govern your use of the QuickPen desktop app and this website.

1. Use of QuickPen

QuickPen is offered as Free and Pro plans. Free includes the full set of on-screen drawing tools. Pro adds capture (video/GIF), advanced focus tools and additional features detailed in the manual.

You agree to use the app lawfully and not to attempt to reverse, disrupt or abuse activation and update services.

2. License and activation

Pro features require a valid activation key bound to the current upgrade flow.

License transfer rules and device limits follow the conditions communicated at the moment of purchase.

3. Availability and liability

QuickPen is provided on an as-is basis. We work continuously on stability and capture fidelity but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the app will be free of defects.

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited for indirect losses related to the use of the app or its updates.

4. Changes

These terms may be updated to reflect product or legal changes. New versions are published on this page.
